hoods are so expensive plus you gotta add the cost of paint... im still lookin for a used srt-10 hood,...

 

The first one's not my cup of tea, just reminds me of the stick on deal you can get from lund. The cowl ones from LMC looked sweet though

I am not very impressed with the SRT 10 hood. I don't like it too much. The Hood I posted looks like the Mopar 6 pack hood off the Roadrunner, Cuda and Dart with that center support. Also, seeing that this hood has metal supports, there would not be much sag or warping due to humidity over time. Plus, the truck will only ever be in Arizona, so there would be no humidity, which is the #1 reason fiberglass warps and bends and all that negative stuff. I am not too concerned with paint, I can do the painting myself. The only prob would be if the hood is not finished, I have never played with fiberglass before, and I hear it is Hit or Miss with shops working with fiberglass. I have a friend who paid alot of money to get his car riced out when we were in Iraq and he got screwed.(No settlement yet with his lawsuit.)

I just found this one, vintage style grabber hood. Pretty cool.

 

I think the SRT10 hoods look mean. They would be a good addition to your pickup AZ
