Default bfg's

So many of you guys run pro comp tires on your trucks and seem to have positive things to say about them. I have been tire shopping for the last couple of weeks and I have heard nothing but negatives about them. Well to narrow this post down I am going with bfg's mud terrain km2's, it seems to be the tire thats getting good reviews around here. Unfortunately i don't know anyone who has them. Does anybody run these or know anybody who does? Just wanna hear from people who actually have experience other than people selling them. I wanted toyo m/t, but didn't really want to cough up two arms and a leg for them. I am gonna stuff 35X12.50X17 tires on the stocks with the leveling kit-hopefully the don't rub!

I ran the BFG ATs and hated them. The traction on wet roads was almost nothing. I now have the Pro Comp Xtreme ATs and they are 100X the tire the BFGs are. They are quieter, smoother, and feel much more stable on the road. Just my opinion. I think the Pro Comps are a little cheaper than the BFGs as well.

My '03 had 35x12.5s on stock rims with leveling kit, rubbed when turned full either way, my '06 has 35x12.5s on stock rims with 4.5" lift, rubs when turned full either way, so I am going to have to go with my past experiences and say it will rub when turned fully either way.

BFG makes a good tire, with the MT's dont expect any wet traction though.

BFG's-JUNK...I had a set with 1000 mi on them and I was driving down a gravel road and BOOM- a rock went right through the tread...I guess it could have happened with any tire but in my opinion they are junk. No warranty on light truck tires I was told...those were the last BFG tires I will ever buy. I had really good luck with the Cooper SST's.

Well 04 in regards to you I had bfg at's on my 06 they had great traction, but man they threw rocks all over the place and got too many chips in the paint-got rid of em. Well I am gonna take a gamble at these, I guess these km2's are kinda new and improved over the last m/t's-worth a shot. Can't be any worse than the nitto terra grapplers on my last truck- horrible-my opinion. I got a pretty good deal on these also-I guess, compared to the $409 toyo m/t's I wanted- I am paying $270 ea installed for 35's, they get installed Sat 4/12.

the stocker BFG's I ran for about 57K did me well. no real complaints from me about them. Ive got yokohama Geolander H/T S 315/70/17's now with only a leveling kit and I dont have any rubbing. 315's are right at 34" tall. So far they have been good. it is a nice quiet tire as opposed to my BFG's that got rather loud there at the end.

the rears had absolutely no tread left, the fronts still had a fair amount left, so I kept them in hopes I'd find some steelies to mount them on for fun
