You have to be on a smarty tune other than stock to access the trucks ABS system. Yeah it Vin locks when you program up. but to change someone elses tires size you can program them up change the size and go back to stock and the tire size will be retained.

CutterW- You can use the smarty on your truck, return it to stock, program up the dually, then return to stock and put it back on yours. You just can't program both trucks at the same time.

Yeah its a plug tune unplugs but once it tunes it Vin Locks even if you go to setting 1.
