Really easy...
1. The bulbs are seal beam bulbs that are about $11 bucks at NAPA so if I crush one no big loss...
2. The housing are rubber so if I smack one on a rock the bulb will break out and the rubber will bend out of the way...
3. The adjustments are not locked tight. They are just a bit loose so if the object can push the bulb and bucket back it will without damaging them.
So far to date...
1 broken bulb... and reajusted about 1 million times... But they just hang there...
Kind of like my rear axle set... Actually hung on the axle...
