yeah maybe gasket of the ram intake is craked too if u removed it ????

It's horrible that some service managers and tech departments use the lame excuse of aftermarket parts for denying a warranty. The problem is that they are incompatant and are too lazy to find the real cause and effect problem with your engine. Just their blanket answer for these issues.

Hopefully this information regarding the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act will give you some back-up ammo. Good luck and let us all know.

Im going to go out today and buy that issue to show the stealer. If they still want to play hard ball i guess the lawyer is going to get involved

A saw a post on another forum... But to make a long story short. This guy was being denied warranty coverage for a aftermarket part well never the less 5 years later or court battles... The dealer lost and was willing to buy back his truck and get him a brand new one...

He's answer "You can have the old truck I want the money! I don't want to buy another Ford!"

So if you do go after this it might get very long and drawn out...
