Default I have codes and need some help.

The last few times I have had the truck out it intermittently will have no throttle response whatsoever. Sometimes it will do it when I first start it or sometimes it will do it going down the highway. I can put the pedal to the floor or pump it and all the truck does is idle. Then after about 15-20 seconds it will start to respond and everything will be working normal. There is no check engine light but I hooked our DRB to it anyways and found three codes the first one was a p0216 which is fuel injection pump timing failure, the second was p0380 which is intake air heater relay 1 control circuit and the third was a p0523 oil pressure voltage too high. With the engine off the oil pressure is reading 67-70 psi and 2.94-3.44 volts. When the engine is running it is reading 99.8 psi and 4.86 volts but the gauge in the truck reads 40 psi. I cleared all of these codes and started the truck and within a minute they were all back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I love driving the truck but the no throttle response is starting to scare me since it is doing it more and more frequently and I don't want it to end up and not respond all together and me be stuck on the road with it.

Now that you cleared the error and they all returned the points to a serious problem yet...

P0216 - Death Code of the injection pump. Time to get ready to replace it. Sorry!
P0380 - Grid heater relay is dissconnected or failed.
P0253- Oil Pressure sensor is bad or damaged.

On the P0216 error you might want to check for ample fuel supply...

Lift Pump Diagnostics... (MINIMUM FUEL PRESSURE AT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE IS 10 PSI!!!!)

so then is it the injection pump that is giving me the intermittent no throttle response? it is hard to believe that the pump is going bad because i just put an airdog 150 on it for the lift pump and the truck is running awesome when the chip is on.

The P0216 is normally the death cries of the dieing injection pump. The advancement piston has failed...

Do you see white smoke at start up or off and on during while traveling??? If so the pump timing is off... Cause from the above error code...

I would say the APPS could be at fault but normally it throws a different erro code... But you didn't report that one...

with the grid heater & oil pressure sensor codes poping up at the same time, I'd say your 1st step is to check/clean your grounds. I'll bet you have one or more that is corroded and is causing your problem.

oh, and I'd also check the wiring harness for any wires that could be shorting to ground.

Thanks guys for the help! What is theAPPS? If the truck keeps running til Monday then I will check and clean all rounds and wires. The no throttle response is happening more and more often. It happened half a dozen times just tonight! Hope it doesn't quit all together.
