i personally think prenumps should be mandatory in all states, just a basic you show your assets and i show mine, these will remain after a divorce no matter what. that way there is at least something in place....

I hear ya. they use 14 ft reach back hoes here to dig foundations. sometimes they even get the longer reach excavators (track hoes) to dig deeper. this dang clay desert is a pita!
