Default trans coolant line

i have a leak on my trans coolant line but cant figure out why any thoughts

On my 98 the two lines rubbed together long enough and a thin spot sprouted a leak. I put 1/2" silicone hose around it with hose clamps. It wont leak in park because I guess the pump isn't going. put it in drive and it would pour. Not a great fix but the lines were a couple hundred bucks.

that is standard for Dodge transmissions. . .the pump doesnt operate in Park, but will in any other gear. theys why it's a good idea after towing to put the auto in neutral and not park since the pump is still operating and will help cool the tranny.

is there an o-ring that connect from the metal line to the rubber hose
