Is this a good price on the 'Jake brake" for my 2006 Dodge3500 ?
If i buy it from Mopar and have my dealership install it ,my truck warranty should be still good ?
How does itinstall on the truck.I know the "Jake brake ison my exhaust ,but is there a switch in the cab you turn on & off.

What does it all come with......Any one have it on their 06-3500, did you install it your self.

I am seriously thinking about getting 1 on my truck.

 

You've seen the price, but have you checked out the dealership's labor cost yet? Might want to look at the total price before making a decision.

Have you ruled out the Pac-Brake, which is basically the same thing.?

 

No have not ruled out the pac-brake.I like it ,but i want to use 1 that is recognized but the dealer ...Just don't want to loose my warranty ...I am going to talk to the Dealer next week about the Jake-brake and will ask them about if i put the pac-brake on as well.

 

I wish that the dealership would try top void my warranty based on my Pac-Brake.

dealer put mine on, i think it was around 1500 all together. only has a onr year warranty. mine works great, worth every penny
