Default More 07 cummins problems

I purchased my truck new on dec 31 of 07. It has been in the shop 5 times, and this last time the dealer where I bought the truck sent it to another dealership to be fixed. The check engine light had come on the day before and then the ETC light came on after the truck nearly stalled driving down the road. This time the new dealership said I had water in the fuel and I would have to pay for all repairs, including newinjectors (if I wanted to keep the warranty intact.)
The truck was running fine when driven to the dealershipnot at all like a truck with water in the fuel. I went back to the dealership where I purchased the truck, he called the service manager of the other dealership and told him the truck didn't act like a truck with water in the fuel, to stop work, put the tank in the back of the truck and they would send a tow truck to pick it up.
Thank God this man was honest and basically saved me from owning a truck with no warranty (unless i paid $5000+for new injectors) and a check engine light problem.
So far all flashes have been done, EGR cleaned desooted twice and a new turbo. Still problems.
My last 4 trucks have been dodges, 3 diesels and this truck has been in the shop more since January of this year than all my other trucks combined.
