I think the sport of dragging and pulling is dominated by Cummins period. Dmax's are starting to come around but, nothing makes the power the Cummins do.
The high HP truck on the dyno was a Ford with a 12V in it. 1312HP / 2000TQ !
The Banks truck is a Dmax in a S-10 body.
Buzzy... most of those pics are from the open house so there wasn't any smoke bellowing.... only on the dyno. The track was a different story. They had a live feed at another forum but, you couldn't see much because of all the smoke. If you were sitting at the start line.... it was like being inside a chimney !

I got 5 in. The first, I forgot to turn my fuel pump on and ran out at the line while spooling [:@] second and third run my 4x wasn't working. Come to find out the plug never git put back in behind the dash when I was in there [:@] I had to dial in a time that I guessed at which didn't work too well. Ended up breaking out [:@]
I did however run a couple 7's in the 1/8th so yes, the shifter helped..... the lock up switch I installed probably had something to do with it too
