i am thinking of doin a trade in my family and i would be getting my dads 96 dually manual. i need some idea's for what i should do to it.

current idea's are:
convert it to single rear wheel
new rims
new tires
totally refurbish the interior
and maybe a kore recon series


any idea's would help. this would be a daily driver and tow vehicle.
