I have an 06' 4x4 Megacab CTD. When I reached 30,000 miles the steering boxstarted leaking and it was hard at time to turn the steering wheel. I took it in and it was replaced under warranty. Now im at 65,000 and its doing the same thing. One day I was turning it totally locked up. I stopped, put it in neutral, rev'ed the motor and it started it turning again.

Now it's no longer covered under warranty because I didnt get the extended one. Does anyone have recommendations for an aftermarket steering box? I would prefer not to get another stock one because of the problems I have had.

Please Help??

 

here you go... they are cheap but, are some top of the line gear boxes.
