Superlift customer service
Every once in a while you run into some good customer service. Here is my kudos to Superlift. Feb of 2007 I ordered a leveling kit for my truck from Superlift’s scratch and dent store on ebay. Last week I went through the instructions and it said the drivers side spring (part # 01-242) should be 19 ¾" tall and the passengers side spring (part # 02-242) should be 19 ½" tall. My springs are 01-243 and 02-243 at 20 ¾" and 20 ½" tall. I called Superlift and the customer service rep said I had coils springs for a Hemi. I told him the kit I ordered was for a diesel. He looked in his computer and said that he would be sending a new set of springs right away. When I asked what to do with the Hemi springs he said, whatever you want to, there yours! I ordered the kit from a scratch and dent sale almost a year and a half ago and they sent me new springs, wow!
And it is taking you this long to finally get around to them?
I wish I could say the same thing about SkyJacker and Top Gun Customz Customer service. I have 5 shocks in my garage that skyjacker sent to me. 3 seperate shipments and they are all wrong. I finally have the correct shocks, but I still have the shocks that I cant use. They told me SkyJacker would be sending a pre paid UPS tag and have me ship the shocks back to them. It has been probably 2 months now. Still waiting. I should prolly give them a call.
