Here I am............Cool set up there Sharx. I'm glad to see the comradery with ya. When I first put mine on, I thought, crap, I wonder if this is gonna make the truck look like a geek?

I like the black contrast on your mineral gray paint. I had to go with a lighter color due to my color being patriot blue, which is rather dark. I didn't want white, so I think the silver was my only option. Had I gone black, not sure if they'd have been seen very easy. But ya know, they're only $12.00, might be worth ordering a set of black one to try out?

Yeah RamItOne, I've been out on the Mississippi river every day, or should I say every night lately. The storms have been small problem compared to this high river we've been experienceing.
The height of the river is measured by gauges along certain areas. On the New Orleans gauge, summer time lows are usually around 3 ft. A few weeks ago, the river crested at 16.9 ft. It would have been higher, but the Corps of Engineers opened the Bonnet Carrie Spillway and helped releive the height in New Orleans. The mean surface velocity of the current in New Orleans got up to about 5.5 mph, so, going up stream was way slow, and down stream was ***** to the walls.
