Default hauling 5th wheel, temperature gauge(over heat)

When I am towing my 5th wheel and proceedingup a steep hill, my temperature gauge goes between 90 and 110(almostto the red line).

5th wheel = 9,500lbs

2001 dodge ram 5.9 cummins(+mod chip and cold air intake)

Any comments????????

well how old is the tranny fluid? is it synth? have you looked into a deeper pan, E fan, aux tranny cooler aux oil cooler?

theres several threads on people whos temps go up while trailering... was it up hill? how fast were you driving, any fat chicks weighing you down?
