I just contacted 3 local news stations about the accident in search of overhead video and freeway cams of the accident.

1 place is reporting my wife hit the detective that had no lights or sirens.

 

oh theyll always blame it on the civilian. Sapd wrecks their cruisers all the time. Yesterday a cop had to be airlifed out cause he hit a utility pole, lost his ear. I'm sure in the final report an unknown car caused the accident.

 

naaa. . .that telephone pole walked out right infront of him. . .it's the phone comany's fault

 

so far the media is reporting that she hit the officer.

I have been on the phone trying to get this all straight with them liberal nancies.

we got the van from the tow yard yesterday.

its at her dads house (long story).

the detective was just a bit over anxious during the chase I would say..

Kev, I'm glad to see that the most important issue at hand is known, that your family escaped injury from this accident.
If indeed that it can be proven that the detective hit your wife, then I beleive that you have a winable case on your hands.
