Does the o/d off button work the same as the tow haul button.

depends on the year... tow/haul on an '05 is just that, you cant turn off OD. need to add a switch to do it manualy. '06 & later had the 3 options...

My truck is an 03, so I guess my o/d off button is just that. It wont change shift points or lock the tq like the tow haul button?

So, I'm not sure if the question about turning off TH once you get up to speed was answered?.?.? When towing on the hwy, is it necessary to keep the TH activated?

I'd leave it on if your towing... if you want to coast however, it'll unlock the tc below 45 mph...
