That looks SWEET. May have been easier to put on if half the engine wasn't burried under the damn windshield.

Great write up there Rich. And ya did it in about 4 hours? It would take me 8 at least. I was going to ask about a EGT sensor port on the new manifold, but of course ATS would have included that into the design. Your photos showed it of course.
Well, what sort of differences have you noticed? Lower EGT's? Faster spooling up? It's got to breathe better now eh?

I havent hammered on it yet, so I really cant really give an honest eval of the EGTs. What I have noticed so far, in the rear view mirror is a bit less smoke.

Like I said, I havent hammered it yet. Gonna wait for a few heat cycles, retighten everything and then get on it. Ill probably take it to the track on Friday and see how she runs.

Walt, the EGT port is already there. It is just plugged with a threaded hex head screw. Its the same thread and pitch as the Edge probe.

Cool.....I'd love to take a looong weekend taking my componets apart. Exhaust manifold, turbo, intake manifold, intercooler, boots and maybe even a head job.
