Default very weak air conditioning

i am posting this for a friend of mine. i tried searching for this but most topics only talk about temperature not power. the air conditioning gets cold, but it barely blows. it makes a loud whistling, but produces barely any air. he has a 06 cummins 4x4 2500. any ideas on the problem?

It's a known blend door issue on the 06's, I believe. Take it to the dealer, they have a fix for it.
