Looking in the manual the only thing I see around 40 K concerning fuel is to change the filter & clean the water sensor.

damn gold diggers... I have 93k on my 05 and the only things I've ever had to do was swap the fluids...

you might consider a power steering flush though, did mine @ 60k & the fluid (ATF4) looked like crap. there was a slight whine in the pump that went away after the flush. (DIY PS flush is in the DIY list...)

I have never heard of a mandatory fuel system flush. Ask him to show you in the maintenance schedule where it says this. Changing the fuel filter and cleaning the sensor is one thing but I would like to know what he considers a system flush....

What P/S said. Ask them to show you that maint requirement in YOUR owners manual. I would seriously think about finding another dealer.

Thanks

They made me sign a decline on the fuel system flush before they gave me my free oil change so maybe it was something they were trying to do get some money back.

Don't forget to rotate the air in your tires, I can't believe he didn't recommend it too
