Do anyone have handy the torque specs for basically the entire front and rear end? lol

Gettin ready to install my Thuren Suspension and cant find my damn manual for the life of me, need specs for...

Shock Towers
Upper and Lower Shock mounting points
Upper and Lower Control Arms
Track Bar
Steering Stabilizer
Sway Bar End Links

And not sure what ill need in the rear [&o].
