94 12v ctd dies after five minutes or so lines from tan good lift pump 2 replaced sending unit new was stalling and had to replace sending unit ran fine but now stalling after 5-10 minutes of operation even w/ seperat fuel pump sending fuel to lift pump at a loss here suspect cam gear or injection pump any help would be good need to get this truck running right again got about 277k miles

 

ok the tech guy with 15 yrs from this sites add said it could be the injection pump failing. but why then is it running perfect for 5-10 minutes before the sputtering and failure ???? isn't the injection pump for the 12 valve all mechanical ? if you all think its that can anyone recomend a suitable fairly priced replacment? n@p@ quoted 2700
