Lightbulb cold air intake

hi i have a 2000 second gen dodge ram 2500 with a cummins turbo diesel. i was wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to make a decent cold air intake since there arent many for sale on the market due to the crappy battery placement. i heard of one that gos in the back of the intak and to the back of the hood like were your heater sucks air but was wondering if there was any better ideas

Powerwagon,

Try the Cummins specific subforum under the Dodge Ram family. Those guys over there are pretty good at fabbing stuff specifically for those vehicles, and I'm sure that a few will give you some good pointers.

S&B filter makes a drop in and an intake system for your truck you could also try AFE. Personally I would stay away from K&N for a diesel.
