Default Warranty Questions

I have an 07 Dodge 2500 6.7 with 29000 miles. I am planning on doing some modifications to it as soon as the warranty is up on the exhaust system. I was looking over some of the posts and have noticed that alot of people are also having issues with thier Turbo's going bad. Due to the turbos getting messed up from the exhaust issues, is this something that is covered under the 36/36000 mile warranty or is it covered by the longer Cummins warranty? I looked of the warranty, but am still unsure of what is covered and for how long. I wish I still had my 05 warranty 7/70000!
