Default Error Code

Does anyone know what it means when I get "Data Lost Powerdown Error"

I go to start my 06 2500 and all the lights flicker like crazy and the ignition just clicks rapidly.

I also get a "Invalid SKIM" too.... any clues?

Any help would be great!

Thanks
Jason

I found that the Code is P2509 and after doing some research on this site (Great Site) I see that it is a "weak/dead" battery; Am I correct?

Thanks again!

"Invalid Skim" that is usually comes from a bad key... ingnition keys are chiped (anti thief programme) also get this error when a programmer is used. If you have never use a programmer then I suggest having the dealer look at the "Invalid SKIM" looked at, you may end up walking oneday! Try disconnecting the batteries leave em disconnected go have a cup of coffee, then re-connect batteries.
The "Datta Lost Powerdown Error" and the "Invalid SKIM" codes may have something to do with, when running or trying to run a programmer where the programmmer may be NFG!?
