Default No brake lights

First it started off with the fuse blowing for the brake lights, changed that. Then it the four way flasher, blew. A relay switch was burnt for the four way flasher(changed and works now). Bought a new switch for my brakes, changed it and the brakes lights still do not turn on. When I put a jumper wire the brake works, i've ordered a new brake switch, thinking the new one it faulty. Has anyone had this problem???
