Default Spare Tire ?

Hey Guys,
Haven't been in here in a while, man how things have changed. I have a question about a spare tire. I'm running 35" Pro Comp Xtreme AT's on my truck and really need to get a spare to match since it's hunting season and I don't want to get some where that I have to used 4-wheel drive to get there and have a flat and all I have is the stock spare. So I need to know if a 35" tire will fix in the stock spare location and since I don't want to spend the dollars on a Pro Comp would there be any problems with running in 4-wheel drive if I went with a 315x70x17 which is 34.4" tall or even one that would be 33" tall if that is as big of a tire that will fit in the stock spot. I know what I have now I can't run in 4-wheel drive if I was to have a flat it's just to get me to the tire repair shop.

I have a BFG 315/70/17 in the spare tire location. It's pretty close in size to my 35" Toyos. I haven't had to use it though, so I can't answer the second part of your question.

Yeah I'm going to do the 315/70/17 which is 34.4" I don't think 1/2" to 5/8" would cause me any problems if I have to use it when in 4wd.

Thanks!
