Default Holley Blue hard sstart when warm?

I just installed a Holley Blue in line with my existing pump. Wired the blue through a relay and tapped in to my existing pump wire. Everything runs great except for when the truck is warm it starts hard. I'm thinking maybe too much pressure. Anyone have a similar problem? I'm thinking maybe to tweek the spring in the Holley Blue?

you need to rig theholley pump relay to run off an oil pump switch. This should fix the problem of too much stat up pressure

you want about 10psi to start the engine...after that you can run upto 20psi...make sure you aren't pushing too much pressure...I ran holley blue with in tank before and was doing 24psi....24 is too much.

btw that holley will fail soon...they start leaking like crazy after about 6 months or so.. diesel fuel eats the seals in the pump. i went through 2 of them before i finally broke down and got an airdog150...airdog has been problem free for 3+ years now.
