Default BHAF filter question

I am going to put the BHAF on my '06 2500, but have a problem. For some odd reason, my computer will not pull up pics on this website...so...I need to know what to do wit the MAF sensor. Where is the typical relocation point? Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!

I drilled a hole in the intake tube (1/2" I think). Then, I applied a little RTV around the sensor and the 2 screws that hold it in. I just jabbed the screws in (I may have drilled a small pilot hole, I don't remember) and screwed them in snug. I've had mine in for almost a year and about 20,000 miles with no problems. The sensor is the IAT sensor and not a MAF sensor.
