Default recalibrating the speedometer

I put 295/70R/17 on my truck. Do I need to have the speedometer recalibrated? I don't have an aftermarket ECM so does the dealer have to do this?

dealer can do the recalibration ..for a price, IIRC $60 to $80 charge.

Some aftermarket programmers will do it, but they cost more than the dealer "fix".
