it handles like a truck, yes its a lot heavier, my 3/4 ton feels like a tank, but goes like a sports car with my cummins! driving in town, feels like a peterbuilt, but pull it on the highway and mash it, and its a rocket-sled! its got its ups and downs, but i wouldnt trade my truck for the world!

if your looking for a heavy duty truck with 4wd to do some 4 wheelin buy a power wagon. not as heavy on the front end as the diesel would be.

What suspension change in 06?? My 07 has the exact same suspension as my 03, both 4x4 Cummins...

For a big heavy truck, they handle real good. My 07 handles a little better than the 03, mainly because it has the overload springs and a little stiffer coil, since its a 3500 and the 03 is a 2500. Its no Viper for sure, but I can carve canyons pretty dang good for all that weight up front. The weight and the momentum provided by the ol Cummins

add 5100 series bilstiens & it'll handle pretty damn good for a 7000 lb truck. just dont abuse them (shocks) as they wont last long with the weight of the cummins.
