Default P0138 code

Hi, I'm new to having a diesel. I'm have 07 3500 5.9 with flashpaq programmer and Kand N drop in filter. I have this code pop up twice when I get heavy on the peddel. I have looked up the code and it is an o2 sensor. The dealer has told me the sensor is fine. Is this happening because of the programmer. Truck 49k miles on it.

P0138: o2 sensor shorted to voltage. Oxygen Sensor input voltage maintained above normal operating range.

Not related to the programmer. You could set it back to stock and itll still throw the code
