Default Will Jet-A fuel run in the new blue-tec diesels?

I have a 2007 6.7 liter Cummins Dodge diesel. I have heard jet a runs in all diesels as long as you add a lubricant to the fuel. Will this work in the new blue tech diesels?

Nope! Not a good idea.

Jet A is approx 3000 parts per million for sulphur.

ULSD is only 15.

You'll clog up the DPF in a heartbeat.

You could get away with that in the older diesels Jet A, or kerosesne, but I think it's a really bad idea in the newer ones. As much as these trucks cost is it really worth the risk?

Exactly, you can run it in any of the 5.9's with no problem, but the DPF equipped trucks can't run it.

The biggest concern with Jet A on trucks is that it has none of the lubricants that #2 has.

You need to at least add some 2 stroke for lubricity or your injection pump and injectors will get torn up pretty quickly.
