I did the key trick and the only code i get is water in fuel, which i always get, even after i change my filter, after i fill up a couple times it will come on again. I do have an edge juice programmer, had one for a few years, just recently sent it back because of a bad lcd display, and they sent me a whole new one. I thought it might be causing the problem, so i unhooked it when the problem first arose, but it didn't go away. I have been driving with it on the stock setting just in case. But i would have assumed that when i unhooked it if it was causing the problem, it would have fixed itself??

Did you take the edge wiring harness off as well? You may have a problem with your edge wiring harness or one of the connectors.
