who and where can i get a locker or some sort of non open diff for my truck
i need something that can take my 38's and my driving style.

The arb air locker is available. Open diff hit a switch and you have a spool. Yukon gear makes a posi unit and the tru trac is also available. check out Randy's ring and pinion.

ARB's are not out yet.

Suppossed to be in Mar / Apr.

That link you posted is for the Gov Lock for GM's, although it will work in the AAM 11.5....same axle.
