Right now i have a 95 ram 1500 with the 360 motor. i want something a little newer and with more power. im looking at a 2003 ram 3500 with the ho cummins. was wondering if anyone had any experience with the ho motor and any suggestions. thanks

 

Sure do. Ive got one. Is it a manual or auto? Mines been a great truck. Ive run it rough and it just keeps comin back for more. And with a programmer, yea itll get it. If the one your looking at is an auto, its the 48re which is the stronger of the 2 available that year, assuming it IS an HO 305/555. Lift pumps can be weak, but Ive never had a problem with it in mine. Never had any issues either
