Trailer Towing Package Question
I just bought a 2007 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 6.7 Cummins/6 speed manaul equipped with the trailer towing package option. I am installing a B&W 5th wheel hitch. Question, is there a separate pig tail in the wiring harness under the truck bed so I can install a second trailer plug socket in the bed?

1500 or 2500? The 1500's are not designed for towing a 5th wheel, and you will probably be over the vehicle weight rating.
The trailer towing package only adds the extra 7 pin harness on the back. You could probably just tap into it to add your own in the bed.

I have the Band W gooseneck in my truck. Your trailer connection should be long enough to connect to the bumper outlet. Otherwise your gonna have to have an addition one placed in the bed.
