turbo charger , holset hx35
can i rebuild my own turbo? i have a 1995 dodge 2500 truck with cummins 5.9lt diesel, i have checked around and found turbo for $700. but what does it take to rebuild this turbo myself? it makes a wherring sound blows out white smoke and has no power, any one can give me help? i am in san diego ca.
