"With the truck idling in park press the Cruise ON switch followed by the SET switch.
Idle should increase to 1100. Use the ACCEL and COAST to up or down idle speed.
I think 1600 rpm is max.
One again don't know if it works on 03's"

This is the same as my 04. But you have to have the parking brake on for the high idle to engage. I know why now since you need to have it in neutral to circulate pump. It will work the same in park, but Racer9 brings up a good point. I looked through my truck info and booklet states set the parking brake and then go to neutral. Good luck.

Default

The dealer just has to go in with the drb or starscan and enable the pto/idle up feature and it will work. It should not matter if the truck is "chipped". I have enabled this feature on trucks with the bully dog, diablo and the edge programmers.

Default 2001?

Can this be enabled on a 2001 with a 5.9 Cummins? I tried to do the cruse then the set button but it didn't work. Thanks

David~
