Default Dodge "Jake" Brake on 6.7

I was wondering if anyone knew if I could take this off of the 6.7 and install it on a 2002 5.9?

No, AFAIK it's a function of the VG turbo.

No way, Dude. As the others said, the engine brake on the 6.7 is a result of the variable geometry turbo, and is controlled by the ECM.
