To anybody out there looking to buy a transmission from ATS read this with much thought. I bought a tran from them in November of 08 i put 35k on it yes i know i drive a lot. One month ago the input shaft snapped and the truck had to get towed. For the past two weeks it has be nothing but a ****ing circle jerk between ATS and the tranny shop.Ats told me two weeks ago that they were sending a truck out to pick up the tranny and have it shipped back to them ASAP. I just got a voice mail from my tranny shop saying " hey when the hell are you going to get this tranny out of here".......i ****ing lost it. I called ATS luckly from them they do not get in for another 2 hours...other wise i would have unleasehed some very much needed frustration. I know that there are people out there that have good news to tell about ATS but frankly i think they are full of ****. This is a very big warning to ANYBODY looking to buy a tranny from them think very hard to it. The only way i would recommend you buy one from them is if you live in the back yard of their shop. I give customer service at ATS a BIG F U.....I'm glad that i can speak my mind and hopefully give somebody a chance not to go threw the crap i have been for the past month.Thanks for listen to my rant and hope i can help somebody out there, sorry for the bad laungue but i'm sure alot of you can understand where i am coming from.
