i have power steering fluid leeking at a rapid rate. it seems to be comming from where the plastic tank that hold the fluid meets the metal pump. it is held to the pump by two little hex head screws that access from the front. Is there a gasket between them that goes bad?

 

there are o-rings in there but have never seen them go bad i guess
