I have a 2005 dodge cummins with the automatic 4 speed. When i am accelerating slowly from 20 to about 25 mph the tranny acts like it almost wants to shift so it revs up and down a couple of times in a row and then after around 30 mph its fine. Any Ideas? I had it scanned and a low fuel pressure code was there. Could this have anything to do with it?

 

Make sure the fluid is up, and maybe start with band adjustment,
