Welcome to the forum carhauler. There is a company called H&S that has kits to do what you want. There is at least one more, but I can't recall the name of it. Do a search, you'll find them. Before you do make sure you will not have to pass an emissions test where you live.

Did you put all 200K on the truck, or did you buy it with high mileage? Just curious.....

Default Diesel for miles

I'll tell you right now carhauler, I'm in the same boat as you well close to it. I have a 06 with 168k on it. I drive about 8 hours out of my working day hauling Aerospace parts all around CT. I love diesel so much i have no clue why i ever went with gas.I have a MRB exhaust system on it. I like it its not to loud and it still lowers the EGTS. When it comes to the intercooler or any other parts for mileage. I recommend edges programmers. I have the edge/attitude and i love it. when i'm driving for work it keep it on Mileage. I get close to 24 to 25 mpg. but i keep it a a slow speed and i also have a intake and manifold and injectors so not sure what your going to be looking at.....but hey if your going to put money into your rig you mine as well go ***** out on it. Question manual or auto tranny?
