Default Code P0088

My '05 with 85,000 miles just started shutting off at random speeds like it ran out of fuel. I know it does have fuel and fuel gage reads 1/2 tank.It reads code P0088 whe this happens. Truck does restart after 5min. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this is and if it can be repaired in the driveway?

Problem solved thanks for the advice. I took it to a dealership and it was covered under warranty. The part acting up was the fuel control actuator.
