Default Exhaust brakes damage torque converter?

I was reading a thread recently(can't find it now) and a poster stated they had to replace the TQ because the exhaust brake was electonically locking the converter and eventually caused the failure of the converter. Any one know what the thread was? I have the Jake on mine with the auto trans and am looking for more info.

The Jacobs exhaust brake is approved for use on auto truck from '06 on by Dodge and Cummins. It "should" be fine to use.
