Default Doors and Rims question.

My 1994 2500 12v Regular Cab is in need of new doors and winter rims. I found a pair of 2003 Ram 2500 Rims for sale to use for my winter rims but im unsure if they will bolt on. Anyone know if they will or not? Also I found someone with two doors but they're off a 2001 Ext. Cab. Would those doors bolt on and close right being newer and from a Ext. Cab? Please help me out before I waste lots of money! Thanks for any help given.

single cab doors and extended cab doors are different if the rear doors open. If the rear doors do NOt open they are the same. I know 94-96 doors do Not open. not sure about what year they changed but my 98 has opening doors.
