Exclamation Fuel Lines

So i cracked my number 4 fuel line awhile back. I fixed it and now the other fuel lines are making the same type of noise. Does anybody out there know anybody or anywhere i can get better fuel lines than stock ones?

I have 2 answers for ya. 1)Your local Speed shop 2)Try the heavy duty approach...call up or visit your local Peterbilt, Kenworth or Caterpillar dealership,..anyone of these places should be able to hook you up with something useful,..good luck.

I had the number 4 let go too, as do MANY owners. The new part is different and supposed to be better. FWIW, I would NOT substitute anything unless it is Cummins approved for hp fuel line. The pressures involved in our fuel systems is life threatening. BTW, after mine was replaced under warranty at around 40K miles I have had no more issues and I am at 119K miles.

Ya i have 180k on my truck now. I blew the number 4 as well but like i said now i hear the same thing coming from 2 and 6 lines? sounds like there is air in the line. I don't want more fuel just better lines.

There are small clamps with blue plastic isolators on most of the hp fuel lines, make sure they are properly torqued. They have a habit of working loose.
