Default One more CPS question

Is the CPS also responsible for starting? Sometimes the truck wont start but if it sits for 20-30 min. it fires right up.

Considering it's a diesel, it doesn't have an ignition module, but.....

That sounds like the fuel is draining back OR your lift pump is going south.

Either way, it sounds like the injection pump is losing prime.
